A minimum £25 deposit is required for all treatments.

By consenting to any treatment, you acknowledge the associated risks and agree that we will not be held liable for any adverse outcomes.

Prices are subject to change; however, these changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed. We aim to avoid changes to confirmed bookings, but in exceptional circumstances, adjustments may be necessary. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled time.

You may request a refund or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will result in the retention of the deposit paid at the time of booking. We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please arrive on time for your appointment, as late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling if necessary.
